Verma, a member elected to that House from 15-Kheri Par- liamentary Constituency in the State of Uttar Pradesh;

Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 149 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby calls upon the said constituency to elect a person to fill the said vacancy before 29th February, 1980 (Friday), in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the Rules and Orders mad* thereunder.

S.O. 65(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of section 30 of the Representation of the People Act. 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby appoints, with respect to the bye-election to be held in 15-Kheri Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Uttur Pradesh in pursuance of its notification No. 100/U.P.-HP/l/80(l), dated 25th January 1.980,—

(al (he 1st February, 1980 (Friday), as ihc lost date for-

mating nominations ;

(b) the 2nd February, 1980 (Saturday), as the date for

the scrutiny of nominations ;

the withdrawn! of candidatures ;

(d) the 24th February, 1980 (Sunday), us the dale on which a poll shall, if necessary, be taken ; and (e) the 29th February, 1980 (Friday), as the date hefore

which the election shall be completed.

S.O. 65(E).—Tn pursuance of section 56 of the Representa- tion of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Ejection Commission hereby fixes the hours from 8.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. as the hours during which a poll shall, if necessary, be taken for the bye-election to the House of the People from 15-Kheri Parliamentary Constituency to be held in pursuance of its notification No. 100/U.P.-HP/1/80(1), dated the 25th January, 1980.
