New Delhi, the 28lh January, 1980
G S R. 20(E).—In pursuance of clause 13A of the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1957, the Cemral Government hereby directs, with immediate effect, that not- withstanding anything contained in sub-pui.igraph (i) of paragraph (b) of sub- clause (.1) of clause 13 of (he said Order,—
Urea manufactured in the State of Ultar Pradesh may also be sold in bulk to farmers in that State hy the manufactuiers of Urea ;
Provided thut, a certificate indicating the minimum guaranteed percentage by weight of plant nutrients is issued by the manufacturers to each farmer at the time of selling.
2. This Order shall remain in force (ill the 30th April, 1981.
