NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th January, 1980
S.O. 76(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 56B of the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (9 of 1890), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary that the goods booked by trains intended solely for the carriage of goods to any railway station should be removed without delay from such railway station and having regard to the factors specified in that sub-section, hereby dec- lares the following railway stations as 'notified stations' for a period of six months with effect from the 1st day of February, 1980, namely :—
