ORDER
New Delhi, the 7th February, 1980
S.O. 87(E).—in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of trie Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby directs that th© power to make- orders under Clauses (d) and (f) of sub-sec- tion (2) of section 3 of the said Act shall, in relation to the Cattle Fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto annexed, be exercisable also by the Government of the State of Madhya Pradesh in that State.
2. This order shall remain in force for the period commencing from the 4a\& of its publication in the Gazette of India and ending with the 30th June, 1980.
