(EXPORT TRADE CONTROL)
S.O. S8(E) No, E77/AM<145).—Jn exercise of the powers con- ferred hy Section 3 of the Imports and Exports, (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order fmther to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, lwmely :•—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Third Amendment Order,
1980.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977—
(i) in Part 'B' Schedule I, the existing entry uppcarin.? against S. No. 6(b)
shall be deleted.
(ii) In Part 'A' Schedule 1, the existing entry appearing at S. No. 2 shall be re-numbered as S. No. 2(i) and the following shall be added after S. No. 2(i) :—
