ORDER
New Delhi, the 8lb Fu-bruary, 1980
S.O. S^EI/ISFB/IDRA/SO.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of. Industrial Development) No. SO. 105(E)/18FB/IDRA/78, dated the 17th February, 1978 (hereinafter re- feired to m the said Order), the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18FB of the Industries (Dcve- lupment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that the operation of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements awards, standing oiders or olher instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of this Order (other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the industrial undertaken known as Messrs Indore Textilts Limited, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking or company shall remain suspended for a period of one year from such date and that all the righ:.',', privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before (he said date shall remain suspended for the said period ;

And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the
said Order should be extended for a further period of one year ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the nowcrs conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (I), read with sub-section (2). of section 18FB of the Industries (Develop- ment ,md Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order upto and inclusive of the 16th February, 1981.
