CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 12th February, 1980

No. DRAWBACK/PN-6/80. Tire Central Government hereby makes the

following corrections in the Public Notices shown below :—

1. In Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-65/79 published in Part I, Section (1) ot the Gazette of India (Extraordinary), d.itcd the lrd< October, 1979, in item 2 "for the words 'against item (e) of sub-serial No, 2502' read 'against sub-item (i) of item (c) of sub-serial No. 2502'

2. In Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-77/79 published in Part I, Section (1) of the Gazette of India (Extra-Ordinary), dated the 9th November, 1979, in item 2 for the words '(C)" read the words and figures '(C)(i)'-

3. In Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-87/79 published in Part I, Section (1) of the Gazette of India (Extra-Ordinary), dated the 3rd December, 1979 in sub-item (a) the words 'Automatic' shall be deleted.

4. In Public Notices No. DRAWBACK/PN-92/79 and DRAWBACK/PN- 93/79 published in Part I, Section (1) of the Gazette of India, (Extra-Ordinary), dated the 31st December, 1979 in the proviso for the words 'imported within a period of mx months preceding the date- of importation' read 'imported within a period of six months preceding the date of exportation'.
