G.S.R. 33(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (3a of 1963), read with sub- section (6) of the said section, Ihe Central Government hereby appoint Shii G. Purushan us a Trustee, representing the Coipomtion of Cochin, on tho Board of TruMecs of (he Port of Cochin, and aiakis the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in Hie Vlinistry of Shipping and Trans- port (Transport Wing) No. G.S.R. 304(E), dated the 31st March, 1979, namely:—
In the said notification, after Serial Number 13, and the entries relating
therelo, the following Serial Number and entries shall be inserted, namely :—
"16. Shri G. Puruahan—Representing tho Corporation of Cochin."
