ORDER
New Delhi, the 14th February, 1980
S.O. 96(E)/18AA/IDRA/80.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of lection 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951, (65 of 1951). the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 63(XE)/18AA/IDRA/79 dated 2nd November, 1979, namely :—
In the said Order, in paragraph 2, under the heading 'Members', for item 12 and the entry relating thereto, the following item and entry shall be substituted, namely:—
"12. Shri P. R. Aggarwal, Deputy Secretary, Food and Supplies, Government of Punjab, Chandigarh."
