NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th February, 1980

SO, 98(E).^-In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Emigration Act, 1922, (7 of 1922) and in continuation of Noti- fication issued vide G.S.R, 1(E), doted January 1, 1980, the Central Government heruby appoints the Passport Officer, Kozhikode, to perform such duties of a Protector of Emigrants, a" are specified In clause (f) of section 4 of the said Act In the district of Palghal in th* State of Kerala.
