IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. W(E)/No. 2/80 In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the Open General Licence No. 3/79, published under the ITC Order No. 12/79 dated the 3rd May, 1979 :—
In condition 0i), the following shall be added at the end :—
"however, in the case of tea bagging machines, covered by the heading (9)—Tea Industry in Part 'A of Appendix 2 of the Import Policy for 1979-80, the Importer actual user can hypothecate the imported machines with the Tea Board In accordance with the scheme approved by the Government."
