S O. 10I(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), as amended, the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendment to the Open General Licence No. 17/79 issued under ITC Order No. 28/79 dated the 9th October, 1979 :—
"The date "31st March, 1980", appearing in condition No. (6) in the
said O.G.L. shall be read as "30th September, 1980".
