New Delhi, the 19th February, 1980S,O. 102(E). —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 9 of the Industries (Development and Re- gulation) Act, 1951 ("65 of 1951), the Central Government here- by specifies the classes of goods manufactured or produced wholly or in Part of jute in the scheduled industry of textiles as mentioned in column (2) of the Table below on which a 1213 GI/79 (299)
