फा० सं० 600/ 3603 / 79-प्र ०८० ( भाग II) . सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिभवायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , विनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ०52/फा ० सं ० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र ०२० ) के मियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/सा० सू० 1 , दिनांक 15 भक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्त- निश्चित संशोधन करती है:-
1. उपक्रमांक 3608 की मद (ङ) के अन्तर्गत परन्तुक ( 2 ) में "31-8-1978 तक हुए ठेकों" शब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर "31-3-1979 तक हुए ठेकों" पढ़ें ।
2. भारत के राजपत्त (असाधारण ) के भाग 1, खण्ड ( 1) , में प्रकाशित सार्वजनिक सूचना संख्या प्रतिअदायगी /सा ० सू०-70/79 , तारीख 18 अक्तूबर, 1979 में उल्लिखित " 31-12-1979" तक की वैधता अवधि एतद्वारा वापस ले ली गयी है ।

F. No. 600/3603/79 - DBK (Pt. II) .-Under rule 4 of the Cus- toms and Central Exciso Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Noti- fication No. 52/ F . No. 602/2/70 -DBK published in the Gaze- tte of India Extraordinary , dated the 25th August, 1971 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/ PN- 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 , as amended from time to time:-
1. In provisio (2) under item (E ) of sub -serial No. 3503 for the words and figures " contracts entered into upto 31-8-1978 read "contracts entered into upto 31-3-1979" .
2. The validity period of " 31-12-1979 " mentioned in Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/ PN- 70 /79 dated the 18th October , 1979 published in Part I, Section (1 ) of the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) is hereby withdrawn .

फा ० सं ० 600/ 5004/ 79-प्र०१० सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिश्रवायगी नियमावली , 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्र, श्रमाधारण, दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/फा ०सं ० 602 / 2/70-प्र०८० ) के नियम के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार समय -समय पर यथासंशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिअदायगी/ मा ०सू० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर, 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वाग निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं:-
उपक्रम सं ० 5004 की मद (ⅰ ) और ( ii ) और उससे संबन्धि त प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा , अर्थात्

5004 ( i ) सम्पूर्ण बातमिकल , चाहे वे संयोजित हो अथवा श्रमंयोजित, जिसमें उपांग भी शामिल हैं ।
गोन पर्यन्न निःशुल्क मूल्य का 13.45% ( केवल तेरह दशभनव पैतालीस प्रतिशत) परन्तु प्रति बाइसिषाल अधिकनम 32.00 रु ० ( केवल बत्तीग रुपये) हो;
पोन पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मुल्य का 13.45% ( केवल तेरह यणमलव पैनालीस प्रतिशत ) ।
( ii ) बाइभिकल स्पोकों, निप्पनों, वाशरों , जैनों, रिम , लाइनरों, गद्दी के कवरों ( चमड़े से बने ) , पैडलों का रबड़ का भाग , औजार तथा औजार बक्सों, साईकिल पम्पों, टाप्ररों तथा ट्यूबों, ट्यूब बाल्योंऔर फी व्हीलों में भिन्न बाइसिकलों के संघटक, फालतू पुर्जे और उपांग ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना 1 नवम्बर , 1979 से लागू हुई समझी जायेगी । टिप्पणीः-बाइसिकल के साथ निर्यात किये गये प्रत्येक डायनमों १२ 3.50 रु० (केवल तीन रुपये पच्चास पैसे) की अतिरिक्त प्रनिश्रवायगी देय होगी ।

This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into effect from 1st November , 1979 .
Note: Ad-litional drawback of Rs . 3.50 (Rupees three and Paise fifty only) is payable on each dynamo when ex- ported with bicycle .

फा० स० 600/ 3611/ 79 -M०१०: सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्त, श्रभाधारण दिनांक 25 अगस्त , 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना म ० 52/ फा ० सं ० 6102/ 2/ 70-प्र०१० ) के नियम 3 के अधीन, फेन्द्रीय सरकार समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित सार्वजनिक सूवना सं ० प्रतिभवायगी/ सा ०सू ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर, 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एनद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:--

2. उपर्युयन भाल के संबंध में अलग-अलग निर्माता/निर्यातकर्ता के लिये नियत की गई राभी ब्रांड दरें, इस मार्वजनिक सूचना के लागू होते ही वापम ले ली गई ममक्षी जायेगी ।
3. यह सार्वजनिक सूचना जून , 1979 के प्रथम विवस से लागू हुई ममती जायेगी ।

पोत पर्यस्त निःशुल्क मूल्य का 8% ( केवल माठ प्रतिशत ) ।

यह सार्वजनिक सूचना जून 1979 के प्रथम विषस से लागू हुई समझी जाएगी ।

The above Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of June , 1979 .
