New Delhi, the 26th February, 1980S.O 115(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and the Bank of Baroda, by which Kanpur Kshetriya Gramin Bank has been sponsored, specifies Kanpur as the place where Kanpur Kshetriya Gramin Bank shall have its head office. 9.O. 117(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934) the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion in the Second Schedule to the said Act of the following bank, namely:—
