कलकत्ता , 27 फरवरी , 1980
का०ग्रा० 118 (र): पटसन (अनुज्ञापन एवं नियंत्रण ) आवेश , 1961 के खण्ड 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए मैं, ए ० के ० मुखर्जी, पटसन आयुक्त, एतद्वारा अधिकतम बहिनिर्माणी मूल्य के रूप में इस अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न प्रथम धनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित मूल्य निश्चित करता हूं जिस पर उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में तद्नुरूप प्रविष्टियों में उल्लिखित पटसन वस्त्रों के किस्मों का क्रय श्रयवा विश्य मार्च, 1980 महीने के दौरान किया जायेगा ;
बशर्ते कि जूट यस्त्रों की उक्त किस्मों के संबंध में ऐसा तिश्वित मूल्य उक्त द्वितीय अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में तद्नुरूप प्रविष्टियों में उल्लिखित निम्नतम सहनशक्ति के संबंध में अधिसूचना से संलग्न दूसरी अनुसूची के अनुकूल स्तम्भ ( 2 ) अथवा ( 3 ) या दोनों में उल्लिखित सीमा तक कम हो जाये ।
2. इस अधिसूचना के अधीन निश्चित किया गया मूख्य उत्पाद शुल्क एवं बिक्री-कर छोड़कर होगा जो क्रेता द्वारा अतल पर बहिनिर्माणी मूल्य के अतिरिक्त अदा किया जायेगा ।

Office of the Jute Commissioner NOTIFICATION
Calcutta, the 27th February , 1980
S.O. 118 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 8 of the Jute (Licensing and Control) Order , 1961 , 1 , A. K. Mukherjee, Jute Commissioner, hereby fix the prices mentioned in column ( 3 ) of the first Schedule appended to this notification as the maximum ex -factory price at which the varieties ofjute textile mentioned in the corresponding entiries in column (2) of the sald Schedule shall be purchased or sold during the month of March , 1980:
Provided that the prices so fixed in respect of the said varieties ofjute textiles shall be reduced to the extent specified in column (2) or column (3 ) or both of the Second Schedule appended to this notification in respect of the minimum breaking strength specified In the corresponding entries in column (1 ) of the said Second Schedule .
2. The prices fixed under this notification shall be exclusive of the duty of excise and the sales tax which shall be paid in addition to the ex - factory price by the purchaser at actuals .
