का०ग्रा० 119 ( अ )-श्री बंसीलाल के लोक सभा के लिये निर्वाचित हो जाने के कारण तथा ओरु प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम 1951 की धारा 69 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के उपबन्धो के अनुमरण में उनके द्वारा राज्य सभा में अपने स्थान को रिक्त कर दिये जाने के परिणामस्वरूप राज्य सभा में हरियाणा राज्य को आवंटित स्थानों में एक रिक्ति हो गई है ;

अतः, अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 147 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग हरियाणा राज्य की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों से यह अपेक्षा करता है कि ये ऐसे हुई रिक्ति को भरने के लिये तारीख 17 मार्च , 1980 से पूर्व उक्त अधिनियम के और तब्धीन बनाये गये नियमों और आदेशो के उपबन्धो के अनुसरण में एक व्यक्ति निर्वाचित कर दें ।

S.O. 119(E) .- Whereas a vacancy has occurred in the seaty allotted to the State of Haryana , in the Council of States by reason of the election of Shri Bansi Lal to the House of the People and the consequent vacation by him of his seat in the Council of States in accordance with the provisions of

sub- section ( 2) of section 69 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 ;

Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 147 of the said Act, the Election Com- mission hereby calls upon the elected members of the Legis- lative Assembly of the State of Haryana to elect , in accor- dance with the provisions of the said Act and of the rules and orders made thereunder , a person to fill the vacancy so caused before 17th March , 1980 .

फा ०प्रा ० 120 (म) लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 39 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में, निर्वाचन आयोग अवती अधिसूचना सं ० 100/ रा ०स०/ हरि०/ 1/ 80 ( 1 ) तारीख 27 फरवरी, 1980 के अनुमरण में राज्य सभा के लिये होने वाले निर्वाचन के बारे में:--

(क) नामनिर्देशन करने के लिये अन्तिम तारीख 5 मार्च , 1980

( ख) नाम निर्देशनों की संवीक्षा की तारीख

(बुधवार); 6मार्च , 1980 (बृहस्पतिवार);

(ग ) अभ्यथिताएं वापस लेने के लिये अंतिम तारीख 8 मार्च , 1980 ( शनिवार);

( घ) यह तारीख जिमको यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो मतदान होगा

15मार्च , 1980 (शनिवार) ; मौर

(ङ) वह तारीख जिससे पूर्व निर्वाचन समाप्त कर दिया जायेगा

In pursuance of the provisions of sub -sec- tion ( 1) of section 39 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 , the Election Commission herchy appoints for the election to the Council of States to be held in pursuance of its notification No. 100 / CS- HR / 1/ 80( 1 ) , dated the 27 Feb- ruary , 1980 :-

(a) 5 March , 1980 ( Wednesday) , as the last date for making nominations ;

(b) 6 March , 1980 (Thursday) , as the date for the scrutiny of nominations ;

(d) 15 March , 1980 (Saturday) , as the date on which apoll shall, if necessary, be taken ; and

(e) 17 March, 1980 ( Monday) , as the date before which the election shall be completed.

फा०ग्रा ० 121 ( प्र) . लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 56 के अनुसरण में, निर्वाचन आयोग अपनी अधिसूचना मं० 100/ रा० म०/ हरि० / 1/ 80 ( 1 ) तारीख 27 फरवरी , 1980 के अनुमरण में राज्य सभा के लिये होने वाले निर्वाचन के लिये 11.00 बजे पूर्वात से 3.00 बजे अपराह्न तक का समय उभ ममय के रूप में निवत करता है जिसके दौरान यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो मतवान होगा ।

In pursuance of section 56 of the Represen- tation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby fixes the hours from 11-00 a.m. to 3-00 pm . as the hours during which a poll shall , if necessary , be taken for the election to the Council of States to be held in pursuance of its notification No. 100/ CS- HR / 1 / 80 ( 1 ) , dated 27th February, 1980.

का०प्रा ० 122 ( श्र) लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 21 द्वारा प्रदत प्रशक्षितों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निर्वाचन आयोग हरियाणा राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से अपनी अधिसूचना नं ० 100/ रा ० स ०/ हरि०/ 1/80(1) नारीख 27 फरवरी , 1980 के अनुसरण में राज्य सभा के लिये होने वाले निर्वाचन के लिये सचिव, हरियाणा विधान सभा पंण्डीगढ़ को रिटनिंग आफिसर के रूप में पदाविहित करता है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 , the Election Commission , in consultation with the Government of Haryana, hereby designates the Secretary , Haryana Legis- lative Assembly , Chandigarh to be the Returning Officer for the election to the Council of States to be held in pur- suance of its notification No. 100 / CS- HR/ 1 / 80 ( 1 ) , 27 February , 1980 . dated

का ०भ्रा० 123 ( प्र). लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 22 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निर्वाचन भायोग , अपनी अधिसूचना सं ० 100/ रा ० स ०/ हरि०/ 1/ 80( 1 ) तारीख 27 फरवरी , 1980 के अनुसरण में राज्य सभा के लिये होने वाले निर्वाचन के लिये, उप सचिव, हरियाणा, विधान सभा, चंडीगढ़ को रिटर्निंग अफिसर को उसके कृत्यों के पालन में सहायता करने के लिए एतद्वारा नियुक्त करता है

Act, 1951 , the Election Commission hereby appoints the Deputy Secretary , Haryana Legislative Assembly , Chandi- garh to assist the Returning Officer for the election to the Council of States to be held in pursuance of its notification No. 100/CS - HR/ 1 / 80( 1 ) , dated the 27 February , 1980 , in the performance of his functions .

का०ग्रा ० 124 ( प्र) . श्री आनन्द पाठक के लोक सभा के लिये निर्वाचित हो जाने के कारण तथा लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 की द्वारा 69 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुमरण में उनके द्वारा राज्य सभा में अपने स्थान को रिक्त कर दिये जाने के परिणामस्वरूप राज्य सभा में पश्चिमी बंगाल राज्य को प्रामंटित स्थानों में एक रिक्ति हो गई है ;

अतः, अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 147 की उप- धारा ( 1) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निर्वाचन भायोग, पश्चिमी बंगाल राज्य की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों से यह अपेक्षा करता है कि वे ऐसे हुई रिक्ति को भरने के लिये तारीख 17 मार्च , 1980 से पूर्व उक्त अधिनियम के और तधीन बनाये गए नियमों और आदेशों के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में एक व्यक्ति निर्वाचित कर दे ।

Whereas a vacancy has occured in the seats allotted to the State of West Bengal in the Council of States by reason of the election of Shri Ananda Pathak to the House of the People and the consequent vacation by him of his seat in the Council of States in accordance with the provi- sions of sub - section ( 2) of section 69 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 ;

Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 147 of the said Act , the Election Commission hereby calls upon the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of the State of West Bengal to elect , in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the rules and orders made thereunder , a person to fill the vacancy so caused before 17th March, 1980 .

का०ग्रा० 125 ( ८ ) . लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 39 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुमरण में, निर्वाचन आयोग अपनी अधिसूचना सं० 100/रा ०स ०/ १०३०/1/ 80 ( 1 ) तारीख 27 फरवरी, 1980 के अनुसरण में राज्य सभा के लिये होने वाले निर्वाचन के बारे में : -

(क) नामनिर्दे शन करने के लिये अंतिम तारीख 5मार्च, 1980 (बुधवार) ;

(ख) नाम निर्देशनों की संवीक्षा की तारीख 6मार्च , 1980 (बृहस्पतिवार);

का०ग्रा ० 127 ( प्र ) . लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 की धारा 21 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्वाचन प्रायोग पश्चिमी बंगाल राज्य सरकार के परामर्ग से अपनी अधिसूचना सं ० 100/ रा ०म०/ ५०वं ०/1/ 80 ( 1 ) तारीख 27 फरवरी, 1980 के अनुसरण में राज्य मना के लिये होने वाले निर्वावत के लिये मचिव, पश्चिमी बंगाल विधान सभा, कलकता को रिनिंग आफिमर के रूप में पवाभिहित करता है ।
