CUSTOMS
G.S.K. 67(E).~In exercise of the powers conferred by siiib-section (J) of
section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Financo (Department of Revenue) No. 186-Cusrtotns dated the tst September, 1979, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so lo do, hereby exempts Instant Coffee, falling under Heading No. 1 of the Second Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (5) of 1975), when exported out ot India, from the whole of the duty of customs leviable theveon under the said Second Schedule.
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the J 1 ;I December,
1980.
