(H) The existing S. Nos. 2 and 3 shall he r.-numbeied
as S. Nos. 4 and 5 respectively ;
(iii) After renumbered S. No. 5, add "6. AssMiint Chief
Controller of Imports and Expoits" ;
(iv) The cxistinK S. Nos. 4, 5 and 6 shall be lcnum-
bercd as S Nos, 7, H and 9 respectively ;
(v) F.xisling S. No. 6 (renumbered S. No. 9) shall lie
substituted as follows:—
"9. Assistant Chief Controller of Imports and Fx- ports/Contro'lei" of Imports and Exports, New Kandla (in so far as Kandla Free Trade Zone is concerned)" :
(vi) The existing S. Nos. 7, 8 and 9 shall be lenum-

S.O. T30(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Expoits (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely:—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Fourth
Amendment Order, 1980,
2. (i) In tho Exports (Control) Order, 1977 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order) in clause 2, sub-clause (b), after Deputy Chief Controller of Imports and Exports and before Controller of Imports and Expoits add "Assisstant Chief Controller of Imports and Exports" ;
3. (i) In Schedule II to the said Order, at S. No. 6 add
"6. Assisstant Chief Controller of Imports and Exports" ;
(ii) The existing S. Nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and II shall he renumbered as S. Nos. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 respectively.
