S.O. 140(E),—Whereas, upon information received, the Central Government is satisfied that due to error, omission or misdescription, the name of the owner in relation to the coking coal mine, namely 'Bhuggatdih (J-U2)' has been entered as 'Bengal Nagpur Coal Company", in place of 'Benga' Nagpur Coal CQ. Ltd.1, in column 4 against the entry at Serial No. 129, of the First Schedule to the Coking Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act, 1972 (36 of 1972);
And whereas the said ownership of the coking coal mine is not in dispute;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (.3) of section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby corrects the name of the owner in relation to the said mine as 'Bengal Nagpur Coal Co. Ltd.'.
