S.O. 141(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of the Foreign Awards (Recognition and Enforcement) Act, 1961 (45 of 1961), the Central Government, being satisfied that reciprocal provisions have been made hereby declares Italy, Chile and Spain to be territories to which tho Convention on tho Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, set forth In the Schedule to the said Act, applies.
