G.S.R. 74(E)/Ess.Com./Sugar.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3C) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following Order to amend the Sugar (Price Determination for 1978-79 Production) Order, 1979, namely:—
1.(1) This Order may be called the Sugar (Price Determi-
nation for 1978-79 Production) Amendment Order, 1980.
(2) It shall come into force at once,
2. In the Sugar (Price Determination for 1978-79 Produc- tion) Order, 1979, in the proviso to clause 2, for the words "an additional one paisa per quintal", the words "additional three paise per quintal" shall be substituted.
