(hei'cinaftci1 referred to as the authoj ised person) to lake over the management of the whole ol" Ihe industrial undertaking known us Messrs. Krishna Silicate and Gluss Wnil^ Limited, C-ilcutm, for a period of Jive years from the 5lh March, V)71 ;
And, whereas, the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of .Industry (Department of. Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 146(E)/18FA/18AA/IDRA/78, dated the 3rd March, 1978, authorised the authorised person to con- tinue to manage the said industrial undertaking for a further period of two years from the 5th March 1978 ;
And, whereas, the Central Government, being of the opi- nion that it is expedient in the interests of the general public that the authorised person should continue to manage the said industrial undertaking after the expiry of the period of seven years aforesaid, made an application under the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18FA of the Industries (.Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), to the Cnl- cutta High Court praying for the continuance of such manage- ment for a further period of one year ;
And, whereas the said High Court, hy its Order dated 29th February, 1480, permitted the authorised- pcison to continue to manage (he asid industrial undertaking for a further period of two years ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of. the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18FA, read with section 18AA of the said Act, the Central Govern- ment hereby directs the Authorised person to continue to manage the said industrial undertaking for a further period of one year commencing from the 5th March, 1980.
