CENTRAL EXCISES
G.S.R. 78(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (I) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 188A/62-Central Excises, dated the 3rd November, 1962, namely :—
In the said notification, for the words "nylon yarn proved to the satisfaction of lire Collector of Central Excise to be meant for use in the manufacture of fishing nets", the words and figures "nylon yarn of 210 deniers with tolerance of 4% proved to the satisfaction of the Collector of Central Excise to be meant for use in the manufacture, or repair, or both, of fishing nets" shall be substituted.
