New Delhi, the 10th March, 1980

S.O. 133(E).—la exercise of the powers conferred by section 18O of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby rescinds, with immediate effect, the Commercial Vehicles (Restriction on Re-sale) Order, 1979, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
