NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th March, 1980

S.O. 17*(E).—In pursuance of clause (iv) of section 2 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri A.G. Lakhani to perform with immediate effect all or any of the duties of the Director, Central Food Laboratory, Pune and makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health) S.O. No, Sl, dated the tth February, 1978, namely :—

In the Table to the said notification, against serial No. 2, for the entry in

column (1), the following entry shall be substituted namely :—
