Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, being requested so to do by Central Bank of India, establishes, with effect from the 14th March, 1980 a Regional Rural Bank- in the State of Bihar under the name of Mithila Kshetriya Gramin Bank, which shall operate within the local limits of the district of Darbhanga in the State of Bihar.

(Rural Planning and Credit Cell) S.O. 182(E).—In pursuance of sub-scclion (iii) of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank- et India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government hereby notifies for the purposes of the said sub-clause, Mithila Kshetriya Gramin Bank, being an institution estab- lished under sub-section (1) of section 3 of trw Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).

"Mithila Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Darbhanga."
