NOTIFICATION

S.O. 186(E).—Tti cxercis." of Ifie powers conferred by sub-secfion (3) of section 24 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 (4 of 1939), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shippinn and Transport (Transport Wine) No. S.O. 539(E). dated the 22nd September, 1979. namely:—

In the said notification, jn (he Tahlc,—

(a) against item No. H relating to the State of Karnataka, in Column 2. tor the groups of letters, the following groups of letters shall be substituted, namely :—

"MY, ME, CA, CN, CK, CT" ;

(h) against item No. lft relating to the State of Tamil Nadu, in column 2, after the group of letters "TC", the uroiip of letters "TC" shall be added.
