NOTIFICATIONSNew Delhi, the 17th March, 1980 S.O. 190(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976). the Central Government, after consulta- tion with the Reserve Bank of India and the Central Bank of India, by which Etawah Kshetriya Gramin Bank has been sponsored, specifies Etawah as the place where Etawah Kshetriya Gramin Bank shall have its head office. S.O. 191 (E).—In pursuance of sub-section (iii) of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government here- by notifies, for the purposes of the said sub-clause, Etawah Kshetriya Gramin Bank, being an institution established under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).

NOTIFICATION

S.O. 192(E).-—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of th© Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the ResWvo Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion in the Second Schedule to the said Act of th© following bank, namely :—

"Etawah Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Etawah, (Uttar Pradesh)".
