S.O. 193(E).—In exercise of the powers confened by sub-section (1) of section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act. 1951 (65 of ]!>51), the Central Government hereby makes the following futther amendments in the notilic'iion of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 9H(E;/IDRA/ 73/1 datet! the 16lh February, 1973, namely:-—
In the said noiiflcation. in the proviso to sub-item (c) of item (3) relating to
"Foreign Lxchange Limiti"",—
(i) in t-lauso (1), the words "by any new undertaking" shrill be deleted;
(ii) in clause (2), the words "for a new undertaking" shall be deleted.
