NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th March. 1980G.S.R. 105(E)—-The following draft of certain rules fur- ther to amend the Coal Mines Labour Welfare Fund Rules. 1949, which the Central Government proposes to mate in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iv) of sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Coal Mines Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1947 (32 of 1947), is published as required by sub- 1303 GI/79—1. (163)

section (1) of the said section for the information of all per- sons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the Mid draft will be taken into consideration or after the expiry of forty-five days from the duto of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

Any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft beforo the expiry of the priod so specified will be taken into consideration by the Central Government.
