Mukherjee, Jutte Commissioner, hereby ;mthorise each of (he officers of the Government of YVW Bengal specified below to exercise, on my behalf, with- in their respective jurisdiction in the Statle, the. powers vest- ed in me by sub-clause (a), (b) and (c) of clause 11 of tho •••iiid Orders, until further orders :

8. Project Officer (Multiple Cropping), >(Cooch Behar, Darjeeling/Jalpaiguri/M.ilda and Purulia).
9. District Agricultural Olriccr/Howrah/Burdwan.
10. All Sub-Divisional Agricultural Officers.
11. All Assistant Sub-Divisional Agricultural Officers.
12. All Jute Development Officers.
13. Junior Jute Development Officer.
14. All Agricultural Extension Officers of N.E.5. Block except the Blocks of Jhargram Sub-Division of Mid- napore District and Hill Sub-Division of DarjeeUng District.
15. Superintendent of Agriculture (Marketing), Grading
and Marketing of Jute, West Bengal.
Explanation.—Each of the above officials shall exercise the said powers wiflhin the respective territorial jurisdictions as notified by the Government of West Bengal.
