. p.O. 202(K).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3) and (4) of Section 5A of the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employrrftpty Act, 1948 (9 of 1948), (he Central Government hereby appoints Shri R.H.M. D'Silva, Deputy Chairman, Calcutta Port Trust, who is holding addi- tional charge of the post of Chairman, Calcutta Port Trust, an a member of the Calcutta Dock Labour Board, vice Shri S. R. Das, Chairman, Calcutta Port Trust, and also nominates him as the Chairman of the said Board and maken the following amendment in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (i) under the heading "Members representing the Central Government" against item 1, for the entry, "The Chairman, Calcutta Port Trust, Calcutta, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—•
"The Deputy Chairman, Calcutta Port Trust, Calcutta."
(ii) for paragraph 2, the following paragraph shall he
substituted, namely ;—
"2. I he Central Government hereby nominates Shri R.HM. D'Silvo, Deputy Chairman, Calcutta Port Trust, who is holding additional charge of the post of Chairman, Calcutta Port Trust, Calcutta, as the Chairman of (he laid Board."
