New Delhi, the 22nd March, 1980G.S.R. 110(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- clause (i) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Gov- ernment hereby makes the following amendments in the noti- fication of the Government of India in the Ministry of Ship- (171) 1320 G1/72

G.S.R. lll(E).—In exerciye of the powers conferred by sub-cl;ius>e (i) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. G.S.R. 298(E), dated the 30th March, 1979, namely :—

In the Table below the said notification,—

(b) against the word "Total", in column (4), for the figure "8", the figure "9" shall be substituted.
