ORDER

New Delhi, the 28th March, 1980

G.S.R. 141(E) -.—Whereas it appears to the Central Government thnt it is necessary and expedient so to do for securing the equitable

distribution of the essential commodity, namely, feritiiscr.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred bv \eclion 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) Ihe Central

Government hereby directs that the manufacturers specified in the schedule given below :

(1) Shall sell to the registered fertiliser dealers in the States, Union Territories and the Commodity Gardens mentioned in Column 1 of the said schedule fertilisers of the description and quantity mentioned therein during the period 1st February, 1980 to 31st July, 1980 at the rate of one-sixth of the quantity specified in the schedule in a month; and

(2) Shall submit to the Central Government and the Stale Governments or Union Territories and Commodity Boards pertaining to the Commodity Gardens mentioned in Column 1 of the said schedule a statement by 10th day of every month containing therein:—

(i) The quantity of fertilisers despatched to various dealers in the States, Union Territories and the Commodity Gardens

mentioned in Column 1 with the dates of despatch during previous month; and

(ii) The quanity of fertilisers which the said manufacturer proposes to despatch to the various dealers in the State, Union

Territories and Commodity Gardens mentioned in Column 1 in the succeeding month,
