G.S.R. 144(E).~In exercise of ths powers conferred by sub- section (I) Qf section 3 of the Major PortTrusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), read with sub-section (6) of the said section, the Central Government hereby oppoints the persons mentioned against serial numbers 1 to 8 in the Table below to bo Trustees on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Paradip and notifies the persons mentioned against serial numbers 9 to 11 in the said Table as elected to be Trustees on the said Board, namely :—
