NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 28th March, 1980
S.O. 218(E).—Whereas the Central Government is satis- fied that in relation to the Ajudhla Sugar Mills Limited manu- facturing sugar at Raja-Ka-Sahaspur in the district of Muradabad in the State of Uttar Pradesh, being the notified sugar undertaking, it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to preventing the fall in the volume of production of the sugar industry ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978), the Central Government hereby declares that the operation of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of this notiflca- cation (other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the said sugar undertaking or the person owning the said sugar undertaking is a party, or which may be applicable to the said sugar undertaking or the person, shall remain suspended for a period of one year from such date.

Now, therefoj-e, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978), the Central Government hereby declares that the operation of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of this notiflca- cation (other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the said sugar undertaking or the person owning the said sugar undertaking is a party, or which may be applicable to the said sugar undertaking or the person, shall remain suspended for a period of one year from such date,

S.O. 220CEV—Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that in relation to the Shree Sitaram Sugar Company Limited, manufacturing sugar at Baitalpur in the district of Deoria in the State of Uttar Pradesh, being the notified sugar under- taking, it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to preventing the fall in the volume of production of the sugar industry ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of subjection (1) of section 7 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978), the Central Government hereby declares that the operation of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settle- ments, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of this notification to which the said sugar undertaking or the person owning the said sugar undertaking is a party, or which may be appli- cable to the said sugar undertaking or the person, sball remain suspended for a period of one year from such date.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Sugar Undertaking (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978), the Central Government hereby declares that the operation of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of this notifica- cation (other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions') to which the said sugar undertaking or th© person owning the said sugar undertaking is a party, or which may be applicable to the said sugar undertaking or the person, shall remain suspended for a period of one year from such date.

S.O. 224(E).—Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that in relation to the Cauvery Sugar and Chemicals Limited, Cauvery Factory, manufacturing sugar at Pettaivav alai in the district of Tiruchirapalli in the State of Tamil Nadu, being the notified sugar undertaking, it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to prevent- ing the fall in the volume of Deduction of the sugar Indus- try.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Sugar Undertaking (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978), the Central Government hereby declares that the operation of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts, assurances of property, agreement!, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of this notifies- cation (other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the said sugar undertaking or the person owning the said sugar undertaking is a parly, or which may be applicable to the said fugar undertaking or the person, shall remain suspended for a period of one year fram such date.

S.O. 223(E).—Whereas the Central Government ia satisfied that in relation to the Scksaria Sugar Mills Limited, manu- facturing sugar at Babhnan in the district of Gonda in the State of Uttar Pradesh, being the notified sugar undertaking, it is necessary so to do is the interests of the general public with a view to preventing the fall in the volume of produc- tion of the sugar industry ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Sugar Undertaking (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978), the Central Government hereby declares that the

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 ot 1978). the Central Government hereby declares trrjt the operation of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of this notifica- cation (other than those_ relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the said sugar undertaking or the person owning tiis said sugar undertaking is a party, or which may be applicable to the said sugar undertaking or the person, shall remain suspended fox a period of one year from such date.
