S.O. 2M(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Sectiou 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899), the Central Govern- ment hereby remits the duty with which the bonds Jn the form of promissory notes to the value of one crore and ten lakhs of rupees, to be issued by the Karnataka Stale Financial Corporation, are chargeable under the said Act.
