NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7lh April, 1980
S.O. 243(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government cf India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—
1.(1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of
Business) (On© hundred and fortieth Amendment) Rules, 1980,
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in the Second Schedule, under tfhe heading "MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (GR1H MANTRALAYA)"—
(i) the entry 41F shall be omitted; and
(11) after entry 125, .the following entry shall be,inserted, namely :—
''126. The Essential Services Maintenance (Assam) Ordinance, 1980".
