G.S.R. 103(E).—In pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs, No. S.O. 738(E), dated the 27th De- cember, 1978, the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th April, 1980 aa the date on which the following provisions of Jhe Antiquities and Art Trea- sures Act, 1972 (52 of 1972) shall come Into force in the State of Sikkira, namely:—
Sections 5 to 18 (both inclusive), 21, 23, sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 25, *ub-sections (2) and (3) of the sections 26, sections 32 and 33. '
