NOTIFICATION
S.O 244(E).—In exercise of Lhc powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Criminal Procedure Code (2 of 1974J, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri i. S. Wasu, Advocate General, Punjab, as Special Public Prosecutor for the purpose of prosecuting trie tallowing cases forwarded under sub-section (4J of section 5 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), rend with section 346 of the Criminal Proce- dure Code (2 of 1974), to the Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi by the Commission of Inqniiy constituted under Notification No. S.O. 374(E), dated the 28th May, 1977, tor (he tiial of persons noted against each case for offences under sections 178 and 179 of the Indian Peoal Code (45 of 1869) ; and under sub-section (2) ot section 24 of the said Code, hereby also appoints Shri M. I.. Nar/da, Advocate, as Public Prosecutor, to assist Shri J. S. Wasu in these cases :
