NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the &th April 1980
S.O. 245(E).—In exerciso of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely:
1.(1) These rules uny b= called the Authentication (Orders nnd other Instruments)
Amendment Rules, 1980.
(2) Thoy shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official
Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, under the heading "DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT" after sorial No. 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely :—
" 3. Directorate General of Technical Development Director (Administration).
4. Office of Economic Adviser Additional Economic Adviser
J. Bureau of Industrial Cost and Prices Secretary
6. Directorate General of Industrial Contingency Assistant Director.
7. Office of Cement Controller Joint Cement Controller.
8. Office of Textile Commissioner Joint Tortile Commissioner
