New Delhi, the 15th April, 1980
S.O. 254(E).—In pursuance of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected to fill the seat of the member representing the State of Jammu and Kashmir in the Council of States who will be retiring on the 15th April, 1980, on the expiration of his term of office, is published for general information :—
