New Delhi, the 15th April, 1980

EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O 257(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Im- ports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further lo amend trie Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Sixth Amendment

Order. 1980.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in OGL. 3, the existing entry appearing in Column 4 against S. No, 79 shall be substituted by the following :—

"Export allowed by the State Trading Corporation of India Ltd."
