NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th April, 1980
S.O. 261(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 23 of the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960, and in supersession of its noti- fication No. 429/DNH/79 dated 31st August, 1979, the Election Commission hereby designates Shri C. P. Suthar, Deputy Collector (Land Reforms), Dadra & Nagar Havcii, as the Officer to whom appeals shall lie from the decisions, under njle 20, rule 21 or rule 21A of the said Rules, of the Electoral Registration Officer for the Dadra & Nagar Havcli Parliamentary Constituency in the Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Havcli.
