C.S.R. 224(li).—In CAercisc- of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with clause (o) of sub-section (2) of section 46 of the Urban Land (Ceiling ;md Regulation) Act, 1976 (33 of 1976), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules iurther to amend the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Rules, 1976, namely—
1.(1) These rules may be called the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) (Amendment) Rules, 1980.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule II of the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Rules, iy?6—
(a) in Part 1, in column (4), for the existing entry "Additional Com- missioner, Ujjain" against serial No. 11 relating to Indorc Urban Agglomeration, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :— "Additional Commissioner, Indore. .
(b) in Part II, in column (4)*for the existing entry against serial number 2 relating to the Union Territory of Delhi, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—
"Secretary, (Lands & Buildings), Delhi Administration, Delhi.".
