S.O. 268(E).—The following draft of an amendment to the Scheduled Industries (Submission of Production Returns), Rules, 1979 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii), dated the 31st May, 1979 with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry, Department of Industrial Development No, S.O. 328(E), dated the 3rd May, 1979, which the Central
638 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] Draft RnlMGovernment proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with clause (gj of sub- section (2) of Section 30 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), is hereby published as required by sub-section (1) of the said section for the infor- mation of all persona likely to bo affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft amendment will be taken into consideration on the expiry of sixty days from the pub- lication of the draft amendment in (he Official Gazette.
Any objection or suggestion which may bo received from any person with reference of the said draft amendment before the date aforesaid will be considered by the Central Govern- ment.
1. (1) These rales may be called the Scheduled industries (Submission of Production Returns) Amendment K H ^, 1980.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their
publication hi the Official Gazette.
2, In thb Scheduled Industries (Submission of Production Returns) Rules, 1979, for clause (c) of sub-rule (1) of rule 4, the following clause shall be substituted, namley :—
"(c) In the case of industrial undertakings borne on the register of the Iron and Steel Controller, in Form 'C or profoimae prescribed by tho Iron and Steel Con* roller;"
