In the said notification, "he figures, letters and brackets "14AA(2)," shall be omitted.

G.S.R. 231(E).—In exeicise of the powers conferred bv sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Financo Act, 1980 (13 of 1980), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue). No. 41-Customs, dated the 25th March, 1980, namely :—
In the Schedule to 'the said notification, after serial No. 240 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall bo inserted, namely :—
"241. No. 86-Customs, t*ated the 23rd April, 1980."
