New Delhi, the 23rd April, 1980S.O. 269(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- clause (a) of clause 2 of the jute (Licensing and Control) Order, 1961, the Central Government hereby appoints each of the Officers of the State Government of Andhra Pradesh specified below also to exercise the powers of the Jute Com- missioner, within their respective jurisdiction _ in the State, 77 GI-80 (630)
