In the Second Schedule to the said rules:—(a) under the heading "MINISTRY OF COMMENCE AND CTVTL SUPPLIES (VANIJYA AUR NAG- RIK POORTI MANTRALAYA)", after the sub- heading "B. DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL SUPPLIES (NAGRIK POORTI VIBHAG)" and the entries there- under, the following sub-heading and entries shall be inserted, namely :—

(VASTR VIBHAG)
1. Production, distribution (for domestic consumption and exports) and development of jute, jute products, handicrafts and all textiles and woollens, including handlooms and ready-made garments, and industries relating to the production of silk and cellulosic fibres but excluding non-ceilulosic synthetic fibres (nylon, polyster, acrylic, etc.).

S O 270(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely :—•
1 (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) (One hundred arul forty first Amend- ment) Rules, 1980.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of Tndia (Allocution of Business) Rules, 1961, in the First Schedule, for entry 2, the following entry shall be substituted, namely ;—
"2. Ministry of Cojmmercc and Civil Supplies (Vanijya aur Nagrik Poorti MantraTayu)
